If anyone is pitching at a conference, then you absolutely must read this fab post that my agent, Jenny Bent has done.. Jenny is truly the best agent in the world and she is also very, very wise so please, listen to what she is saying!!!
Not much else to report. I finally own chapter seven and eight. I've rewritten those little monkeys so many times that I've lost count. I wish I was a writer who could just leave a big gap and move on with the book but alas, unless I know what the emotional conclusion is of that big gap then I find it impossible to get to the next scene. Anyway, my heroine has finally figured out a way to become less orange, and let's just say that both writer and heroine are currently very happy about this turn of events!!!!!!!!
In other news, I've just finished reading Hunted by PC Cast and Kristin Cast. I liked it a lot but honestly I'm not sure I can keep up with Zoey's lovelife. I'm now reading Shadow Kiss by Richelle Mead which I'm love, love, loving. Especially Dimitri. He's very fine!!!!!!
